If you're looking for a review from someone who has had this for a while, this is not true. I just received 2 check boxes that this was packed today. I am a 65 year old woman with arthritis and back pain. I was able to put it together in about 2 hours (Yes, the instructions are so easy, and the pieces fit just fine). its a nice looking little heater/fireplace. I was going to put it on a table near a window, but all directions say put it three feet from the walls. I decided to get some great tiles to set it on the table instead of right on wood. I check to see if something is always hot in all the wrong places. really warms my bedroom. I am in California, so I really need only a few hours to get cold outside the room. doing the same thing in my sons room.

It says to remove the front glass before installing it. had no problems with the installation because I read the instructions before unlike some of the other reviews for this product. absolutely love, is my Entertainment Center. the heater gives me just enough heat to keep me warm while watching TV at night. read the specific people, not going to heat up your entire House. I like and am thinking of getting a second one for my bedroom.

the fireplace is very cute. I was surprised that I was unable to contact the seller to let them know that the frame has been mounted incorrectly. There is a three-sided frame adjacent to the front of the stove that has the holes for the screws to the left and right where the stove is to be set from the front. I couldn't slip the heater through the front because the frame on my heater was attached on the back, so I had to slide the heater through the back

This is a well-designed console. fits perfectly in the corner where I installed and looks good. but there are also some negatives. the console comes completely disassembled. mine arrived with some damage. I contaced the customer service and they were nice, but I decided to repair the damage myself rather than entirely new packaging and return it. Assembly is not all that easy. a number of holes were way too small to tighten by hand unless
