the item was well packaged and we arrived sooner than expected. as impressive as in the picture and had excellent installation instructions. There were additional bolts and washers. everything beautifully in the form. the fireplace insert is excellent and gives off a sweet heat that can be adjusted between 68 and 82 degrees. the flame has six levels, including one with no heat. everything is enclosed in glass so the thermostat works wonderfully. It takes the chill off the room
